Monther I. Shoblak
Biography
Engineer Shoblak is the General Director of the Coastal Municipalities Water Utility (CMWU); the first independent water management institution in the Palestinian territories funded by the World Bank through the Gaza Emergency Water Project. He is considered a unique Professional in the field of Hydrology, Water and Waste Water treatment and desalination in Palestine, due to his extensive knowledge acquired in his postgraduate studies form Strasbourg University France, and his deep experience acquired throughout his career in the field. Moreover he has numerous specialized publications covering several aspects of management, operation, and maintenance of water systems in the Middle East.
